Summary: The room was great- comfy and clean. The front desk people were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great variety and coffee was hot and delicious.

Summary: The room was clean but housekeeping failed to clean the room on the second day. I left room early enough to have housekeeping enter and replace towels and make beds but it didn’t happen.

Summary: The site was pretty clean. Our room was pretty clean except our bathroom. You could tell housekeeping was cutting corners in the bathroom. Dirty hand prints in the shower. Floor around toilet dirty looking. Splatters on mirror. THE MATTRESS' WERE SO UNCOMFORTABLE. WE TRIED BOTH BEDS BUT COULDN'T GET COMFORTABLE AND BOTH OF US WOKE UP WITH SORE BACKS.

Summary: We stayed here twice in one week for the halfway point of our trip to Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent!
